Retreat Day 4 - Today, mother ayahuasca took us on an inward journey to see our lives with new eyes. An intelligent jungle medicine, ayahuasca is not to be taken lightly - as she is powerful and to be respected. We were led by Angela, our shaman who spent years in the Bolivian jungles learning about the power of this plant. Using chanting and movement of energy, guided by love, she created a container for us to explore ourselves with the help of this powerful medicine in a small, safe, caring environment. It was a very intimate setting with a powerful master and the only way I would ever suggest experiencing ayahuasca.

Retreat Day 3: Being in the presence of Moray, these awe inspiring Inca ruins and celebrating the first day of the Mayan New year with an offering characterised our day to remember our true essence. Thanks to Angela, our shaman, for leading with love and light.

Retreat Day 2 - In the spirit of reconnecting, we had two incredible experiences today. First, we participated in a pachamama ceremony to receive blessings and show gratitude to Mother Earth. In the evening, we had a personal concert with the Tito La Rosa, well known music healer. What an amazing day!

Retreat Day 1 - Visiting the Naupa Iglesia Caves, charged with an energy of fire 🔥 helped us release unwanted burdens to start our week-long retreat in the Sacred Valley.

At over 4500m, this hike takes you to lagoons and breathtaking views of Ausangate snow-capped Mountain which towers at over 6,300m. Incredibly, Andean mountain people still live in these sacred yet challenging landscapes where low oxygen and minimal vegetation require significant adaptations. Join us this July for our Spiritual Retreat and take a side trip to visit these incredible mountains and take a dip in the hot spings at the start of the hike.

The Maras Salt Ponds are more than 6,000 salt ponds carved by the Incas to collect the salt which flowed from a spring coming out of the adjacent mountain. Join us this July for a spiritual retreat in the Sacred Valley of Peru where one of our stops will be the salt ponds.
