AARON JK Builders Corporation is a Philippine based Engineering Contracting and Support Services Company that provides a wide range of Solutions and services that ensures projects' high quality and timely delivery.

During the Past years, AARON JK Builders has made major contributions to some of the recognized companies in the country. Each project completed has added to our understanding of the industry, which helped us to consistently offer outstanding services to our clients.

Services are categorized into 3 business units.

I. GENERAL SERVICES

General Contracting

General contractor of small to medium scale of contstruction. From Renovation of existing structures to design and build.

II. SPECIALIZED ENGINEERING

Anchor Installation - Installation of Post- Installed Anchor (Chemical and Mechanical Anchors).
Anchor Testing - To confirm capacity of installed anchors, proof load test are carried out. Tensile of Shear Tests with load displacement graphs are provided as required.
Concrete Coring - Coring to concrete structures for pe*******on of pipes, cables, ducting, and or to get concrete samples of the structure.
Compartmentation & Firestopping - Planning, Supply & Installation - For the provision of Compartmentation in existing or new building, we provide recommendation on the process of compartmenting by floor or wall of the building. We also supply and install fire rated products that will be used in Compartmentation.
Structural Investigation - If there is a need to verify the integrity of the building or structure, we conduct structural investigation. This includes measurements, visual examnination and even NDT ( Non destructive testing ) inspections to verify.
Commissioning and Tesing - We provide commissioning and testing of telecom equipments and gasoline pump equipment.
III. OUTSOURCED ENGINEERING SERVICES

Project Contracting (architectural/structural design, CAD designers, quantity surveyors, project coordinators, quality control inspectors, etc.)
Staff Contracting (engineers, CAD operators, etc.)
Outsourced Design Services (CAD) - Architectural, Structural, Civil, Electrical, Mechanical
Outsourced CAD Services - Drafting for Architectural, Mechanical, Civil, Structural, CAD conversion, Paper to CAD, As-builts etc.
