Mabigat ang ulan sa maghapon na maulap,
Basa ang daan, malamig at makitid.
Sa bawat hakbang, tanaw ay naglalaho,
Ngunit patuloy pa rin ang pag-uwi ko.
Sa gitna ng lamig at basang lansangan,
May init na naghihintay sa tahanan.
