The Provincial Government of Abra announces the lifting of the suspension of tourism activities across the province, effective tomorrow, August 7, 2026.

Tourism activities may resume, subject to prevailing weather and site conditions.

Everyone is still urged to exercise caution and prioritize safety, especially in areas affected by recent rains.

We would like to congratulate the Municipal Social Welfare and Development Office (MSWDO) of Bangued in partnership with the Technical Education and Skills Development Authority (TESDA) โ€“ Abra Provincial Office for successfully conducting the Baking and Pastry Making Training for solo parents.

Programs like this empower individuals with valuable skills, create livelihood opportunities, and inspire entrepreneurship. We look forward to seeing more homegrown bakers, cafรฉs, and local food businesses that will strengthen Banguedโ€™s economy and enrich the experiences of both residents and visitors.
