FREE RIDE for OUR PRIDE!👑

The Local Government Unit of Bangui will be providing FREE RIDE and meals for everyone who wants to cheer and show their support for Miss Bangui at Miss Ilocos Norte 2026.

Reservations are now open and will be accommodated on a first come, first served basis. So if you’re joining, make sure to reserve your seat early! 😊

It's PAWIKAN nesting season again here in Bangui ! 🐢🌊

The shores of Bangui Bay are once again welcoming our gentle sea visitors as pawikan return to nest and begin another cycle of life.

Pawikan nesting season in Bangui usually takes place from September to March, with nesting activity often peaking between November and January.

This season, let’s give them the space they need: 🌙 Keep lights and noise low
🚫 Never touch or disturb nesting turtles or eggs
📸 Observe responsibly
💚 Help protect our coastal home

Every nest is a promise of new life. Every pawikan deserves a safe shore.

🌬️ Come see Bangui—but let’s leave our pawikan undisturbed.
