As of March 26, 2026; 1:00 PM

Cebu Pacific (CEB) continues to assess its flight operations to and from the Middle East amid the ongoing security situation in the region. As this remains a developing situation, further schedule adjustments may take place.

To ensure the safety and well-being of our passengers and crew, CEB has cancelled flights to and from Dubai until April 20, 2026.

Affected passengers have been informed via email and provided with the following options through the Manage Booking portal on the CEB website https://www.cebupacificair.com/manage-booking:

1. Free Rebooking
Rebook without fare difference for travel up to thirty (30) days from original flight date. The fare difference will apply if the travel period is beyond thirty (30) days from the original flight date.

2. Travel Fund
Store the amount in a virtual CEB wallet and use this to either book a new flight or pay for add-ons (example: baggage allowance, seat selection, etc.)

3. Refund
A full refund of your ticket.

CEB is also providing flexible options, including free rebooking and Travel Fund conversion, to passengers who wish to postpone their flights to and from Dubai scheduled until April 30, 2026, and to and from Riyadh scheduled until March 31, 2026. They may avail themselves of these options through the Manage Booking portal of the CEB website https://www.cebupacificair.com/manage-booking up to two (2) hours before their scheduled time of departure.

Passengers are also encouraged to check their flight status at cebupacificair.com/flight-status and ensure their contact details are updated to receive timely notifications, and to monitor updates through CEBโ€™s official social media accounts.

We thank our passengers for their continued patience and understanding.

This precautionary measure is being taken considering the evolving security situation affecting parts of the Middle East and the resulting operational uncertainties in certain regional airspace corridors and airport operations.

The safety of our passengers, crew, and aircraft remains Philippine Airlinesโ€™ highest priority. Given the current environment, PAL has determined that temporarily suspending these services is the most prudent course of action while conditions remain fluid.

PAL continues to closely monitor developments and coordinate with aviation authorities and relevant stakeholders to determine when normal operations can safely resume.

PALโ€™s customer service teams are actively assisting passengers through our website, contact center, and ticket offices.

We recognize that many travelers on these routes are Overseas Filipino Workers (OFWs) who rely on these flights to travel between their workplaces and families. Philippine Airlines remains committed to supporting Filipino travelers during this period while ensuring that all flights operate under the highest safety standards.

PAL Cargo operations on these routes are also affected. The airline is working with logistics partners to explore alternative routing options where possible to support the continued movement of essential goods.

The suspension implemented reflects PALโ€™s current operational planning horizon, and the airline will continue to review developments closely.

Philippine Airlines appreciates the patience and understanding of our passengers as we prioritize safety. PAL remains committed to restoring our Middle East services as soon as conditions allow, while continuing to connect our passengers to the world with safe, reliable, and caring service.
