And with that, our first year finally comes to an end.

The first year was all about testing the waters and seeing if we truly belonged here. It was a year full of doubt or asking if this was meant for us and if it was all worth it? Yes, it's all worth it. It was a year full of laughter and struggles, but we faced them together.

Our journey wasn't easy, but we survived. From the first semester all the way through the second. We saw everyone’s dedication and talent in cooking, food service operations, and so much more. It has been such a meaningful year. I hope we continue to pursue our dreams together. Don’t give up, and keep on dreaming D' Hospitalidad!

We would like to express our appreciation to our teachers, who have shaped our knowledge in this field. Thank You for your dedication!

Nag-mala Italians ang BSHM 1D sa kanilang tried hard al dente—cooked pasta...
Maam Joy's lab felt like Rome type shift…

Until we realized the only thing authentic dito ay ang stress level namin.
Stir dito, taste test doon, noodles medyo clingy sa pot pero we pretended it’s gourmet, sauce splashes on the table na para bang (you know)...

cooked harder than the oven, pero survived pa rin. Definitely ain't got no time to judge other group cause no one's inferior, right? Sa huli, hindi tungkol sa fancy plating—yung tunay na panalo, yung group na nakalabas ng lab, nakachew ng tamang al dente, at puwede lang sabihing: “at least sa pasta may control, kami, sa emotional stability"☺

💅DALE NG MGA D'HOSPITALIDAD ANG SKIRTING AND BACKDROP

From "pantay ba yan? " to "yaan mo na di kita ni maam yan" every team really said presentation is life or death. May nag master ng perfect pleats, may nag imbento ng sariling design na hindi namin alam kung avant-garde ba o accident.

May group na smooth and classy, may group na “bahala na si Lord sa pleats,” pero lahat may ambag. Measurements? Optional. Vibes? Mandatory. May konting hilahan, konting “teka mali ‘yan,” pero in the end the tables looked expensive kahit budget namin pang fishball lang. Not perfection, just pure teamwork, chaos, and folded determination. Honestly, the tables behaved better than us.

But somehow, in true BSHM fashion, we turned plain tables into something important for future stuffs

Moral lesson? Mahirap mag table skirting ng naka uniform, wala na bang mas hihigpit dito🤩
