PHILIPPINE AIRLINES ADVISORY ON MIDDLE EAST FLIGHT CANCELLATIONS FOR MARCH 1, 2026 (SUNDAY)
Manila, Philippines — February 28, 2026 10PM

Philippine Airlines (PAL) continues to closely monitor the security situation in the Middle East and the resulting operational restrictions affecting certain airports and airspace in the region.

In view of ongoing developments and in the interest of ensuring the safety of our passengers, crew and ground personnel, PAL has cancelled the following Middle East flights scheduled for Sunday, March 1, 2026:

Cancelled Flights – March 1, 2026 (Sunday)

PR658 / PR659 – Manila – Dubai – Manila
PR654 / PR655 – Manila – Riyadh – Manila

These cancellations are due to continuing restrictions on flight operations in the concerned Middle East stations.

PAL is actively coordinating with aviation authorities, airport operators, and relevant government agencies regarding further developments.

Affected passengers may avail of rebooking, rerouting, or refund options in accordance with PAL policies.

Passengers are advised to check their flight status through the PAL website, mobile app or official social media channels before proceeding to the airport.

Philippine Airlines reiterates that safety remains our highest priority. We appreciate the understanding and patience of our passengers as we navigate this evolving situation.

ADVISORY: TERMINAL UPDATE

As part of ongoing efforts to optimize terminal capacity and improve passenger movement at NAIA, the following airline terminal changes will be implemented:

Effective March 29, 2026
From Terminal 1 to Terminal 3
- Air China (CA)
- China Eastern (MU)
- Vietnam Airlines (VN)
- Royal Brunei (BI)
- Shenzhen Airlines (ZH)

From Terminal 3 to Terminal 1
- Philippines AirAsia (Z2) – International flights only
- AirAsia Berhad (AK)

Effective April 1, 2026
From Terminal 1 to Terminal 3
- Japan Airlines (JL)

Passengers are advised to verify their terminal assignment with their airline prior to travel.
