Today, our cabin crew trainees learned one of the most important lessons in aviation—service begins with the heart. ❤️✈️

As part of their Customer Service Training, our trainees stepped beyond the classroom and into the community by conducting a Feeding Program for 150 children.

Cabin crew are not only trained to ensure safety onboard but also to deliver genuine care, compassion, and exceptional service to every passenger. Through this outreach, our trainees experienced firsthand the values of empathy, teamwork, communication, and putting others first.

Every smile shared, every meal served, and every moment of kindness reminded us that the true essence of customer service is making a positive difference in someone's day.

We are incredibly proud of our trainees for embodying the spirit of service and representing the values of RWY22 Cabin Crew Training Center.

Airline Catering Tour | Learning Beyond the Cabin

As future cabin crew, it is important to understand that inflight service begins long before passengers see a meal tray onboard.

Our trainees had the opportunity to experience an Airline Catering Facility Tour where they learned how inflight meals are carefully prepared, handled, assembled, and delivered for airline operations.

Behind every meal served at 35,000 feet is a team of aviation professionals working to maintain proper food handling, hygiene, safety, quality, and operational standards.

At RWY22 Cabin Crew Training Center, we don't just teach our trainees how to serve food onboard—we want them to understand where it comes fromhow it is prepared, and the responsibility that comes with serving it to passengers.

Because becoming cabin crew is more than learning the duties inside an aircraft. It is about understanding the bigger picture of airline operations. ✈️
