• Since we are only a ticket re-seller, your Contract of Carriage is with the airline, not with Katta travel & tours It is your sole responsibility to check the status of your flights and to be aware of any delays or cancellations. We will strive to relay flight advisories to you as we receive them from the airlines. However, sometimes airlines fail to deliver flight advisories or early enough for us to forward them to you. Sometimes, advisories come after work hours or when we are closed. So, we cannot take responsibility for this. Awareness of your flight status is your responsibility alone. Always check the airline website's Flight Status feature even before you go to the airport.
• Please know and understand all COVID-19-related travel requirements before you book and secure them before your flight. This is your sole responsibility as the passenger.
