Discover Delight at Payag ni Enards: A Gastronomic Haven in the Middle of the Rice Fields!

The Journey of life, love and flavors begins here...

In October 2021, destiny led us to stumble upon a magical sight in social media- a bizarre and extraordinary coffee shop in the heart of a rice field in Thailand. Fascinated by the idea, we envisioned bringing this innovation in the food industry and unique attraction to our hometown, Braulio E. Dujali.

The visualization came into existence and "Payag ni Enards" was born, and we set our sights on turning it into reality with the utmost efforts of our family members.

Construction began in April 2022, and amidst post- pandemic, we worked diligently to create our masterpiece. Finally, on June 20, 2022 Payag ni Enards opened its doors to the public. Starting as a coffee shop and all day breakfast meal, we soon added a Native Ilonggo dishes and desserts such as Patotin, Kararaw Mix and Kulabo drawing locals and tourists alike with our delectable offerings.

With every bountiful harvest, we expanded our kitchen and cozy dining area, further, Alfresco dining now welcomes those seeking a touch of solitude while savouring our mouth-watering Donards' donuts, a unique treat. We also have our souvenir shop showcasing the crafts and talents of our fellow Dujalinos, promoting the rich local heritage. And now our latest attraction Fish Spa- an attraction where you dip your feet into a pool of doctor fishes and leave them to feed off of the dead skin cells on your feet.

The commitment and contribution of Payag ni Enards to the community is two-fold: to provide job opportunities to our beloved Kasimanwas and to highlight the Municipality of Braulio E. Dujali as the rice granary of Davao del Norte.

With every sumptuous dish we serve and every smile we see from our customers, we honor our late father, LEONARDO FLORENCIO "ENARDS" BORRO, a native of Braulio E. Dujali, a very humble and simple person, son of a rice farmer. He worked untiringly as a businessman to support our family, and through his legacy, Payag ni Enards stands tall today.

As we endure in our journey, we go all out to offer the best and unique dining experience for every visitor and tourist, sharing the beauty of life in the middle of the rice fields. Payag ni Enards is a tribute to our strong and dedicated farmers and to an exemplary father, a devoted husband, and a loving lolo "ENARDS", his name lives on through our endeavours.
