Here's a business opportunity that you would not want to miss! We are looking for capitalists to help us develop an Agarwood (plus fruit and livestock) farming and tourism business in our farm land in DRT, Bulacan.

For a one time capital of β±50,000 only, you will get FREE rights to own a 1,000 sqm farm lot (note: rights only, the land is untitled) but you will receive a barangay certificate as proof that the rights has been transferred to you.

Simple. You invest β±50,000 then you will receive rights to 1,000 sqm farm lot. Then after 500 days, we will return to you 100% of your capital (or β±100 per day) but you keep the rights to the farm lot permanently. If we fail to return your capital after 500 days, you will get another 1,000 sqm lot making the total to 2,000 sqm as our assurance or collateral.
You can't own the land since it's untitled, but you can maximize the use of your farm lot by raising livestock, planting vegetables and fruit trees, build cabin, etc.
Limited to 20 investors only or 2 hectares maximum.
