·Send deposit tru BDO, BPI, Gcash, Palawan Express, Cebuana, Mlhuillier,Western Union, Xoom
·After the payment please send us a photo copy of the proof of payments on a private message and thru our email [email protected] with your name/contact no./travel date/destination/no. of pax/agreed total package price.
·All payments are deductible to the total package price.
📌📌📌 REMINDER: 📌📌📌
- We require a reservation fee of 50%down payment to be deposited in our account thru BDO, Gcash or any Remittance Center and will be deducted from the tour fee, balance should paid upon arrival at el nido palawan.
- First come first serve seat basis
- Full contact and van details will be sent 1 day before your travel date
- NO CANCELATION 5 DAYS BEFORE TOUR,
reservation will be forfeited.
- Reservation fee(s) will be refunded if the event is cancelled not unless rescheduled.
- Balance of other cancelled participants will be payed by co-participants.
- Call time should be strictly followed.
- Confirmed reservations is nonrefundable but considered transferable.
NOTE:
EXCLUSIVE TOUR consist of one group occupied the one van, can choose their own travel date and time, and may choose their own itirenary. Package price depending on the agreement.
JOINER TOUR consist of different groups of guests joined with other group in one van, on one boat in said travel date. One venue of pick-up/dropped-off.
📄TERMS AND CONDITIONS📄
1. RESERVATION AND PAYMENTS
💡Reservation fees are deductible to the total package price.
💡Failure to comply with the mode of payments will cause participant's group to pay the remaining balance or forfeiture will apply.
💡50% of the total package price shall be paid within the day you inquire May 12-13 only.
💡Booking Reservation can only be made by one (1) lead guest/representative of the booking party.
💡2 yrs. old kids and below are free, they will sit on their parent's/companion's lap. Kids aged 3 and up are in adult rate.
💡 Reservation fee is non-refundable once confirmed, but can be transferable and reschedule, valid for 3 months.
2. CANCELLATION
💡Cancellation of the reservation within 3 days or less for any cause not acceptable shall cause the forfeiture of the deposit made by the CLIENT.
💡Cancellation can only be made 5 days before the scheduled date of departure or else it will be not be accepted.
3. ACTIVITIES AND ACCOMMODATION
💡Our joiner tour package is pack with accommodation in a guests house/pension house/Inn/transient house. Its private room!
💡Accommodations are subject to the availability of time of booking.
💡Standard check-in time is 2:00 pm, check-out is 12:00 pm, Early check-in is not guaranteed.
💡All activities are optional and on pax account.
4. AVAILABILITY
