Duties:
• Navigate the boat safely along official expedition routes
• Coordinate and manage onboard crew
• Maintain daily route logbook (departure/arrival per stop)
• Handle all PPA and Coast Guard documents before departure
Requirements:
• Previous experience as boat captain in Palawan
• Knowledge of expedition operations
• Punctual, responsible, uniformed, no drinking or misconduct
• Leadership and discipline required
🌊 BOAT CREW
P500 per working day expedition
Duties:
• Assist guests with kayaking (including paddling)
• Support the tour guide, cook, and captain
• Help with anchoring, setting up campsites, and cleaning the boat
• Follow uniform policy and basic hygiene rules
Requirements:
• Strong physical condition and team attitude
• Discipline, respect, and responsibility
• Willing to be trained in safety and etiquette
• No drinking, no flirting with guests, no absenteeism
🌊 BOAT MECHANIC / MOTORMAN Licensed
P600 per expedition day max P18000/month
Duties:
• Inspect engine and systems before every expedition
• Maintain diesel, oil, cooling, and steering functions
• Document diesel usage and onboard repairs
• Report to captain and technical department
Requirements:
• Basic mechanical experience (marine preferred)
• Physically Punctual and clean
• No alcohol, no absenteeism, uniform required
• Honest, disciplined, and responsible
🌊PORT MECHANIC
P800 per expedition day max P25000 month
Duties:
• Inspect the vessel's technical condition before each departure
• Ensure proper operation of all onboard systems: engine, fuel, cooling, oil, steering
• Maintain a technical logbook recording
-daily fuel and oil usage
- detected problems and malfunctions
- action taken or repairs performed
