For upcoming guests of el cubo ni unico hijo private resort

… In respect with our neighbors rest we sincerely ask for your kind understanding to simply follow house rules …

*use of videoke/loud music is STRiCTLY until 10pm only .(this has always been a part of our house rules since we opened our simple kubo to private groups )

* no hard/ noisy party after 10pm ( specially excess liquor comsumption because it will practically make your group noisy at dawn)

* please if may mga malasing po patulugin niyo na Wala pong sigawan at Tawanan sa madaling araw para hindi po Tayo Maka istorbo ng mga kapitbahay . ..

*ang amin pong kubo ay design para sa mga family/ group of friends/ etc para Maka pag relax and enjoy bonding with family and friends Hindi po para magwalwal 😞
