APPRECIATION POST | COOR JUDE

Isa si Coor Jude sa mga pioneer coordinators ng RATT—isa sa mga taong naging parte ng journey natin mula pa noong mga early days.

More than just being a coordinator, lagi rin siyang ready to support the team whenever needed. From helping with our designs, banner printing, and other event materials, lalo na kapag rush or last-minute orders, maaasahan talaga namin siya.

I also appreciate how he takes initiative in sharing his ideas and suggestions. Hindi lang naghihintay kung ano ang ipapagawa—kapag may idea siya or may nakikita siyang pwedeng makatulong sa team, he speaks up and offers his support.

And during his coordinator duties, one thing we can always count on is his concern for our guests. He makes sure na safe and well taken care of ang mga pax natin from start to finish.

Thank you, Coor Jude, for always being there to support RATT in your own way. Malaking bagay ang bawat effort, initiative, at time na binibigay mo sa team.

💙 PEOPLE BEHIND THE JOURNEY | COOR TERE

Behind every smooth-running event is a team working quietly in the background.

With the number of group chats we handle for our back-to-back events, Coor Tere is one of the people who helps make sure everything stays in order—from monitoring our pick-up location lists, bagtag names, event postings in hiking communities, answering random queries, and assisting with paperwork and coordination.

Malaking tulong din siya during our Mt. Guiting-Guiting event, especially with the coordination and different details that needed attention.

But what I personally appreciate most about Tere is her initiative.

She has this ability to take action without being asked, even when she knows that sometimes she’s already going beyond the usual rules. What makes it even more special is that she knows when that extra step makes sense—and somehow, she already knows that I’ll agree with it. 😄

I find that rare.

One example was when she took the initiative to promote our events through TikTok Live. Hindi ko naman siya sinabihan, but she did it confidently because she knew it could help RATT.

And honestly, that simple initiative made me realize, “If she can do it, I can do it too.” 😂 It pushed me to step out of my own comfort zone and eventually do live promotions myself.

Simple thing lang siguro sa’yo, Tere, but it was a big deal for me and for the team.

Thank you for your initiative, your willingness to help, and for always finding ways to contribute—even beyond what is expected of you.

Keep doing that, Tere. Those little initiatives can make a bigger impact than you realize.

You’re truly a blessing to the RATT Team. We appreciate you, both online and offline.
