The Bureau of Immigration (BI) in the Philippines has the authority to conduct departure screenings to prevent human trafficking, illegal recruitment, and non-compliance with travel regulations. If a traveler is offloaded (denied departure) by immigration officers, H and H Travel and Tours is not responsible for any losses, additional fees, or rebooking requirements. It is the traveler’s responsibility to ensure that they meet all immigration and travel requirements to avoid being offloaded. Liberty of Abode and Right to Travel

E-Travel Registration Requirement

Refundability of airline tickets depends on the fare class and airline policy. Some tickets are non-refundable, while others may allow cancellations with penalties or fees. Hotel and accommodation cancellations follow the terms and conditions of the hotel or booking platform used. Some bookings are fully refundable, while others have cancellation fees or are non-refundable. If the supplier (airline, hotel, or tour operator) grants a refund, processing time varies and is subject to their internal procedures. Offloading and Unused Bookings
If a traveler is offloaded by immigration or denied entry at their destination, any refund or rebooking is subject to the policies of the airline, hotel, or service provider. H and H Travel and Tours is not responsible for losses due to offloading or immigration refusal. Client Responsibilities
As a traveler, you are responsible for:

✔ Staying informed about the latest immigration policies of your destination country.
✔ Verifying refund and rebooking terms before purchasing tickets and accommodations.
✔ Being prepared for possible questioning, additional document requests, or travel restrictions from immigration officials. We highly recommend that all travelers verify updated travel requirements with the Philippine Bureau of Immigration (BI), the embassy or consulate of their destination country, and their airline carrier before departure.
