Iloilo Convention Center (ICC)
The Iloilo Convention Center (ICC) is within the Iloilo Business Park in Iloilo City’s Mandurriao District. It is strategically located between Richmond and Marriott Hotels and is nearby other commercial establishments.

ICC has a gross floor area of 11,694 square meters. The four halls at the first floor have a total area of 2,900 square meters and can accommodate up to 2,400 persons. The seven function rooms at the second floor have a total area of 700 square meters with seating capacities ranging from 50 to 115. These halls and rooms can be arranged for theater, classroom, banquet and cocktail setups.

Designed by Arch. William Coscolluela and Associates, the structure, inspired by Iloilo’s Dinagyang and Paraw Festivals, is envisioned to be an iconic landmark in the region.

Iloilo Business Park ( Megaworld)
Iloilo business park also known just as Megaworld in locals, the top-notch and most anticipated business, lifestyle and financial district of Western Visayas, is a 72 hectare mixed- used master planned community development in Manduriao Iloilo City, Philippines by Megaworld Corporation. The Iloilo Esplanade can be easily reached by taxis and jeepneys. It has two main entrances. The eastern end is located along Diversion Road (Benigno Aquino Avenue) in Mandurriao district. You can get there by jeepney on these routes: Leganes, SM Mandurriao, Ungka UI, City Proper, and Santa Barbara.

Festive Walk Mall Annex
Festive Walk Mall Annex is a three-level, 9,000 square meter complex located across Festive Walk Mall along Megaworld Boulevard, in Iloilo Business Park.
The new building, is directly connected to the main mall via an airconditioned skybridge at the second and third floors and connects to the multi-level parking building where the mall's transport hub is located.
Festive Walk Mall Annex is also home to The Marketplace, the first Iloilo branch of the supermarket chain, the first in-mall showroom of BMW, which marks the first entry of the German luxury carmaker to Iloilo, as well as a host of shops and services, medical facilities.
The mall extension is also home to satellite offices of various government agencies including PhilHealth, Land Transportation Office (LTO) and Bureau of Immigration.

Festive Walk Parade
Festive Walk Parade is a 1.1 km retail and commercial strip in Iloilo Business Park. It is known as a nightlife destination and hosts the nightly street party “Festive Nights”. Festive Walk Parade's restaurant row on its second floor also offers alfresco dining and views of the landscaped Park Square where a monument of Ilonggo revolutionary hero, General Martin Delgado stands.

The exterior design of Festive Walk Parade is designed after the Santana Row development in California, with touches of art nouveau and art deco. It is directly connected via elevated walkways to Festive Walk Mall Annex, Festive Walk Mall and Iloilo Transport Hub.

Visit ILOMOCA you won't repent. I know you will enjoy if you are inside the Iloilo Museum of Contemporary Art and Casa de Emperador.
This museum is in relatively new building covering just three floors. There aren't many paintings or works of art but they are nicely laid desplayed. Also seeing facade and enjoying the views outside, exposed yourself to a wide of art by Filipinos and be amazed by the inspiration of the artist for their works.
ILOMOCA is a 3,000 square meter museum inside the 72-hectare Megaworld township that features three main galleries housing artworks of both national artists and local Ilonggo artists.

Iloilo Museum Contemporary Art (ILOMOCA) is a concrete manifestation of our goal to create urban townships that have their own charm and character.

Iloilo River Esplanade is an esplanade along Iloilo River in Mandurriao, Iloilo City, Philippines that was opened on August 18, 2012. It stretches 1.2 Kilometers from Diversion Road (officially Sen. Benigno Aquino Jr Avenue) to Carpenter Bridge. The project cost ₱58.7 million. and was designed by Paolo Alcazaren. There are proposals to extend the Esplanade from the Carpenter Bridge to Barangay Sooc, Arevalo, Iloilo City and from the Diversion Road to Jalandoni Bridge.
