simula bukas, dollar na ulit ang pamasahe sa eroplano (August 01-15, 2026)

Asahan ang pagtaas ng pamasahe sa eroplano sa unang bahagi ng Agosto matapos itaas ng Civil Aeronautics Board (CAB) ang fuel surcharge sa Level 13.

Ayon sa CAB, ipatutupad ang bagong fuel surcharge mula August 1 hanggang 15, mas mataas kaysa sa Level 8 na ipinatupad noong July 16 hanggang 31.

Ang fuel surcharge ay hiwalay na singil sa base fare na ipinapataw ng mga airline upang matugunan ang pagtaas ng presyo ng jet fuel.

Sa ilalim ng Level 13, umaabot sa P423 hanggang P1,237 ang surcharge sa domestic flights at P1,396.74 hanggang P10,385.42 naman sa international flights.

JUST IN: Filipinos could book the lowest airfares in three months starting July 16, 2026, as the government orders airlines to cut fuel surcharge to Level 8.
