The Maddela Tourism, Culture and the Arts Office, headed by our Senior Tourism Operations Officer (STOO) Ms. Kathrina S. Cardenas, successfully conducted the National Heritage Month Celebration 2026 last May 14, 2026 at Cabuan, Maddela, Quirino.

This meaningful celebration highlighted the richness of our culture and traditions through an engaging workshop, made even more special by the active participation of the community and all participants who joined the National Heritage Month celebration and workshop.

We extend our heartfelt gratitude to our Learning Service Providers Ms. Irish Joy R. Sevastian, Ms. Junia Tubabon, and Mr. Ebert B. Cumitag for sharing their expertise and making the activity more insightful and impactful.

We express our gratitude to the Barangay Captain Mr. Walter B. Buyuccan for delivering the Opening and Closing Remarks, and to our SB Member and Committee on Tourism, Culture and the Arts, Hon. Jamina Anne Tolentino, for her inspiring message of support.

We also recognize and appreciate the presence of the Revitalized Pulis sa Barangay (R-PSB), headed by Police Lieutenant Marcel R. Galayugo, for joining us in this celebration.
