MABUHAY from the Perrine farm, Bukidnon🇵🇭

We had a healthy lunch yesterday prepared by Renee Araneta Perrine's , Master Chef Cella, she calls it One bake tray chicken with croutons , basil, garlic, tomatoes and cayenne flakes with the amazing grain, Aldai ( also known as Job's Tears , Chinese Pearl Barley , Adlay Millet, and Herbes aux Perles) is a locally grown and cultivated Asiatic grass that produces white bead- like grains. These grains are used wildly in native Philippine cuisine. It's so much better than brown rice locally grown by Renne .

This grain can be used in soups , salads, paella, and risotto. It makes great substitute for rice , pasta, cous cous, barley, millet and quinoa.

Developing research suggests that consuming Adlai in place office for 4 weeks can significantly lower total and "bad" low density lipoprotein(LDL) cholesterol in people with high cholesterol. This effect may be due to it's glycemic dietary properties.

This pineapple country. The best tasting fruit ever produced. Am proud to be a Filipino. Super Sarap! The soil is just a hidden treasure that nourish this produce .

Every afternoon God commands the rain to water all kinds of produce in this land. Truly blessed. The best chef ever , God. You have to taste the organic vegetables , honey, coffeebean and rise grains . So healthy, it's paradise.

The name Bukidnon means "highlander or " mountain dweller".

The weather here is fantastic, nice and cool. You have to bring a jacket because it can get a bit chilly at night and in the morning.

BUKIDNON at it's best ! Fabulous ! Only in the Philippines. Taste it ,experience this gift. Relax and rejuvinate at this place . Enjoy the richness of this blessed land. 🇵🇭

MABUHAY! Welcome to the country's first and only Heritage Resort by the sea, Las Casas de Acuzar, Bagac.🇵🇭

Las Casas is an open air museum and heritage park.

Jose "Gerry" Acuzar , owner of New San Jose Builders started to rebuild Spanish Mansions in Bagac last 2003.

Each house was dismantled brick by brick numbered, transported to his property in Bagac, reassembled in the same order and then restored.

Houses were chosen based on their historical, cultural and architectural value. Acuzar bought houses which were in the state of neglect , from the owners, and in some cases also purchased the lot where the mansions stood. The bahay na bato (Tagalog, literally meaning stone house.) which have stone foundation on the first floor and are made of wood on the second floor. Constructed to withstand earthquake.

The heritage park was opened 2010 to the public. Spread over 400 hundred hectares, the park features a colonial buildings and stone houses, planned to resemble a settlement reminiscent of the period. They had to hire sculptors, craftsman who designs ceilings, construction workers, historical architects, and artists to rehabilitate and resemble the original structure.

This should serve as an inspiration to Architects and Interior designers.

The Resort has several restaurants , a beach, calesa rides and swimming pool.

I strongly recommend this unique resort. There is so much history that gives you the feeling that you are back in the beautiful Old Manila. Can you imagine if up to this day, this is how Metro Manila look like, we would be generating tons of tourists.

A day trip would cost you P 999.00 it includes a tour around the resort. If you plan to stay overnight or a few days, you will definitely enjoy the beauty of it's interior design and furnitures.

I strongly recommend this 5-star resort . There is magic in this fabulous Las Casas Filipinos de Acuzar.🇵🇭

ST. DOMENIC DE GUZMAN CHURCH🇵🇭

Built by Fr. Geronimo de Belen in the early 1600s, it was burned in 1870 and rebuilt by Fr. Jose Diego Pelaez.

A fierce battle between Dutch invaders and Pampango Defenders was fought in this court on June 23, 1647. Nearly 200 Pampangos were executed and 40 prominent people led by Spanish Alcalde Mayor of Pampanga were taken captive to Batavia Indonesia. This also became the seat of Partido de Bataan until Balanga became the seat of provincial governmen

The bells donated in 1839/1859 are still housed in this church. The present church was badly damaged by an earthquake in 1852 but underwent restoration to bring back to it's former glory. The Fabulous St.Domenic church🇵🇭

Death March Markers🇵🇭 Situated in the towns of Bagac and Mariveles, these historical markers immortalizes the bravery of Bataan's defenders during World War 2. The sites where Filipino-American soldiers who surrendered were gathered and commenced the brutal walk to the Japanese prison camps in Capas, Tarlac. The Shrine is depicted by a bayonet thrust to the ground with a helmet , slung over the rifle butt. It's really good to know our history and I don't understand why they took out history in our schools. What is going to happen to the next generation who will be ignorant of their roots. How can they ever be proud of being a Filipino. Tsk .. Tsk.. 🇵🇭

Welcome to Sisiman Bay's Lighthouse.🇵🇭

I call this place a photographer's haven especially with the sunset scenery , it is absolutely breathtaking.

We arrived last Thursday afternoon at Mariveles, about 30 minutes drive from Balanga. There was no traffic and since the Filipinos are so helpful, all we had to do was ask for directions how to get there and we were directed accurately.

I was pleasantly surprised at the cleanliness of this place . There was no one there, we had the place all to ourselves. Perfect for swimming on a hot day, have a nice picnic and enjoy the view.

I may not be a professional photographer but somehow growing up as a model for top photographers in Asia, I learned and experienced to look into the eyes of a photographer and shoot this inspiring subject, the fabulous Sisiman Bay's Lighthouse.🇵🇭

Welcome to Anvaya Cove by the Ayala Land Premier. It is located at Morong, Bataan, an hour drive from Subic. The developers knew exactly what they were doing when they built this place. The beach front is beautiful with white sand. It's got a scenic view and one of the best sunset I have ever seen. It also offers a wide array of water sports activities.

The swimming pool is beautifully designed for you to enjoy.
Your children will enjoy too they have designed a kids center wherein you can bring them . The swimming pool has lots of balls and a slide and they also have a room for them wherein they can play. My friends brought their toddlers with them and they had so much fun. All around through out the swimming area were life guards they were so focused and alert . They refused to be disturbed even to take pictures of you.

Anvaya Cove has a nice well designed golf course but only for members . I was told that if you know anyone who is a member they can just endorse you to the club to play and enjoy nature at it's best.

A day trip would cost you P1,000 per head for the whole day stay with consumable of P250 pesos .

Anvaya Cove has several restaurants inside and we ate at the one by the beach it was all grilled, delicious and reasonably priced.

If you plan to stay for the night they have beautiful Casitas and Villas , good for the whole family and group of friends. You can contact them at +63 949 5765056.

This is definitely a place I would recommend for you to bring your family and friends. It is one of the best resorts I have seen and experience .. Definitely 5 stars.

Welcome bikers to Bataan .. I call it a haven for you , not only is it a good cardiovascular exercise, it is also pleasing to the senses.

There is a lot of trails with different varieties when it comes to nature, you have the ocean , mountains, and overlooking Bataan view. It has good climbs, long technical downhills , and nice cross country tracks.

For the road bikers Bataan has good roads with heavy uphills. Mountains have an elevation of 400 to 500 meters.

Breathe the fresh air and have fun biking at the Fabulous Bataan🇵🇭
