We advise you not to proceed to the airport if your flight is cancelled, but instead avail yourselves of the rebooking options below.

• Reroute to another flight with available space within 60 days from the original flight in the same booking class or higher within the same cabin class.

• Convert your ticket to Travel Credits equivalent to the unused base fare of your ticket. Voucher validity is one year (1) from the date of issuance.

Cebu Pacific Advisory #3
Reopening of Runway at Mactan-Cebu International Airport
As of July 12, 2025; 9:00 PM

Cebu Pacific (CEB) is pleased to inform its passengers that the repair works on the primary runway at Mactan-Cebu International Airport (MCIA) have been successfully completed, and that the runway is now fully operational.

However, passengers are advised that operations may not return to normal immediately. Some adjustments and delays are still possible as the airport gradually restores full capacity.
We encourage passengers to regularly check the status of their flights through https://www.cebupacificair.com/flight-status or the CEB mobile app for the latest updates.

CEB will continue to offer flexible options, which include free rebooking and Travel Fund, to passengers who wish to postpone their flights to and from Cebu scheduled on July 12, 2025. They may avail themselves of their preferred option online up to two (2) hours before their scheduled time of departure.
