The ocular visit in Lagonoy, Camarines Sur is being undertaken as part of the preparations for the upcoming December Gift Giving Project spearheaded by the advocacy group “Turn Passion Into Mission.”
The purpose of this visit is to carefully assess the community, identify the needs of the beneficiaries, and ensure that all logistical and organizational aspects are well-prepared for the event.
Specifically, the ocular visit will focus on the following:
1. Assessment of the venue – to confirm that the location is suitable, safe, and accessible for the conduct of the program and activities.
2. Community needs evaluation – to gain a clear understanding of the pressing needs of children, families, and households who will benefit from the project.
3. Coordination with local contacts – to establish partnerships and support that will contribute to the success of the project.
4. Logistical planning – to determine transportation routes, distribution procedures, manpower deployment, and other requirements necessary for an orderly and meaningful event.
5. Alignment of project objectives with on-ground realities – to ensure that the resources, donations, and activities directly address the needs and bring the greatest positive impact to the beneficiaries.
In addition, as part of the group’s identity and passion as mountaineers, the team will also engage in a hike following the ocular visit.
This activity is not only a way to strengthen camaraderie among members but also a meaningful expression of the group’s advocacy—combining love for the outdoors with a mission of service.
Through this ocular visit, Turn Passion Into Mission aims to lay the groundwork for a successful December Gift Giving Project—one that not only distributes material aid but also brings joy, hope, and compassion to the community of Lagonoy, Camarines Sur.
This initiative embodies the group’s commitment to transforming passion into a mission that uplifts lives and inspires collective action.
We want to thank everyone who supports our mission.
