Filipinos can travel to 64 countries WITHOUT VISA
Holders of Philippine passports can travel “visa-free” to 64 destinations, according to the 2019 Henley Passport Index, which put the country on the 80th spot in the global ranking.
Based on the Henley Passport Index, Filipinos can enter 34 countries visa-free, while 30 others require visa-on-arrival (VOA).
As of July 2019, visa-free countries for Philippine passport-holders are:

4. Cambodia,
5. Colombia,
6. Costa Rica,
7. Cote ‘Ivoire,
8. Ecuador,
9. Fiji,
10. Gambia,
11. Haiti,
12. Hong Kong,

17. Malaysia,
18. Micronesia,

Filipino travelers can obtain Visa On Arrival (VOA) in the following countries:

Seychelles grants Philippine passport-holders “visitor’s permit,” while Pakistan and Sri Lanka grant electronic travel authorization upon arrival.
Filipinos must carry an unexpired or at least six months valid passport issued by the Department of Foreign Affairs to be allowed to travel overseas.
