I’m still in the building phase.
Still refining.
Still testing.
Still figuring things out.
And yes — I’ve already failed at a few things.
Ideas that didn’t land.
Offers that didn’t convert.
Plans that needed adjusting.
But here’s what I’ve learned:
Failure hits different when you’re building from scratch.
It can make you question everything.
Your skills.
Your timing.
Your calling.
And sometimes, your worth.
But I’ve stopped seeing missteps as signs to quit.
Now I see them as part of training.
Every mistake shows me what to improve.
Every slow month forces me to sharpen my strategy.
Every uncomfortable lesson builds real confidence.
Not hype.
Skill.
I’m not pretending to have it all mastered.
I’m becoming.
God didn’t call me to instant success.
He called me to stewardship.
So I study.
I adjust.
I keep moving.
Even when the numbers are small.
Even when progress feels slow.
Because building something sustainable
requires patience most people don’t have.
And I’m willing to grow into the CEO
my future agency requires.
I’m not behind.
I’m in progress.
And that’s powerful. 🩷
