CEO, Vicente Del Rosario, Jr.; and its President and COO, Antonio M. Ocampo was established on October 1997 and operated under the name Harmony Music Publishing, Inc. In 2012, the company changed its name to its current company name. VMPI has many years of experience in the music publishing and administration business and has established itself as a premier source of original music that covers the whole spectrum of Filipino popular music and is a prime source of music solutions. (VMPI) is the business partner of composers/songwriters responsible for making sure that the composers/songwriters are compensated when their compositions are used commercially. The Music Publisher has the knowledge and contacts to promote the use of their compositions. For any usage or exploitation of the copyright protected musical works, the composer/s shall receive royalties from the VMPI. Copyright Protected Musical Works would include but not limited to the following:
• Mechanical reproduction of the composition
• Performance of the composition collected through a performance rights society
• Synchronization and print uses of the composition
• Foreign sub-publishing of the composition
• Derivative uses of the composition, and
• All other legitimate uses of the composition not herein specified. Viva Music Publishing Inc.
