Try this masarap promise........
These are chewy, and they stay chewy the next day (I’m not sure how they are after that though, because these were all gone within 24 hours). They have a gooey brownie center. And they have a cracked brownie top. And they are EASY.

1 cup Nutella (280g, 10 oz)
2 eggs
10 tbsp plain flour
1/4 tsp salt
1/4 cup chocolate chips (optional)

Preheat the oven to 180 C and line a 12 hole muffin pan with cupcake liners.

In a medium bowl, mix together the Nutella, eggs, flour and salt until combined.

Divide the batter evenly between the 12 muffin holes. If using, sprinkle each brownie cup with a few chocolate chips.

Gawing all-out ang weekend bonding with the family with this chewy and buttery Fruits for the Gods recipe! Del Monte Fiesta Fruit Cocktail makes this treat truly heavenly!

Fruits for the Gods

Ingredients:

1⅓ cups all-purpose flour (sifted)
¾ tsp baking powder
½ tsp baking soda
¼ tsp iodized fine salt
1 cup raisins
¾ butter
½ cup sugar
¾ cup brown sugar
3 pc egg
1 cup (+2 tbsp) toasted cashew nuts (chopped)
1 can (432 grams)Del Monte Fiesta Fruit Cocktail(drained for 2 to 3 hours)

Procedure:

1. Preheat oven to 350ºF. Grease a 13”x9”x2” pan.

2. Sift flour, baking powder, baking soda and salt together.

3. Take ½ cup of this mixture and mix with DEL MONTE Fiesta Fruit Cocktail and raisins. Set aside.

4. Cream butter until soft and fluffy. Add sugars and blend well.

5. Add eggs, one at a time, beating well after each addition. Fold in the flour mixture.

6. Add cashew and fruit cocktail mixture. Stir to completely blend batter.

7. Pour batter into prepared pan and bake for 10 minutes. Lower heat to 300ºF and continue baking for 50 minutes. Cool slightly then cut into bars.

Reeses peanut butter no-bake bars - My weakness :)

Ingredients
1 cup salted butter (melted)
2 cups keebler graham cracker crumbs
1/4 cup brown sugar
1 3/4 cup powdered sugar
1 cup peanut butter
1/2 tsp. vanilla
1 (11 oz) bag milk chocolate chips

Instructions
Combine all ingredients, except chocolate chips in a medium sized bowl. Stir until the mixture is smooth and creamy.
Pour peanut butter mixture into a 9x13 pan.
Melt chocolate chips in the microwave (at 50% power) for 1-2 minutes. Stir chocolate and pour over the peanut butter mixture. Spread chocolate with a spatula. To even out chocolate, tap pan on the counter.
Refrigerate bars for one hour. Cut while bars are still cool. Enjoy!

Pretty and delicious, Chocolate Crinkle Cookies split slightly when baking, giving them their distinctive 'crinkle-top' appearance. Tender and chocolaty--a superb cookie.

This is a yummy chocolate cookie that's crunchy on the outside but soft and chewy on the inside!
