โขStrong Swimming Capabilities: Confident, strong swimmer with solid water safety skills; capable of assisting guests safely in open water.
โขLover of the Sea (True Thalassophile): Deep passion for ocean life, marine ecosystems, and island culture.
โขRespectful for the Underwater Life: Strict adherence to marine conservation standards โ leave no trace, protect coral reefs, and respect sea creatures.
โขPhotography & Drone Skills: Knowledgeable or eager to learn creative underwater (GoPro/action camera) and drone photography techniques to capture amazing guest moments. (Camera and Drone provided โบ๏ธ)
โขExcellent Communication & Interpersonal Skills: Friendly, approachable, fluent in English/Filipino, and articulate when sharing local knowledge and guiding tours.
โขRespectful & Hospitality-Minded: Courteous, professional, and attentive to guests of all backgrounds, co-workers, and community members.
โขFirst Aid & Safety Awareness: Basic CPR/First Aid certification (or willingness to undergo training) to ensure guest safety at all times.
โขReliable & Punctual: Highly responsible, adaptable to flexible boat tour schedules, and a great team player.
