The SRB and SID processing system is currently down. Please monitor MARINA's page to learn when processing will resume.

Please be informed that the MARINA SRB/SID System is currently experiencing technical difficulties nationwide.

Our Technical Team is actively working to resolve the issue and restore normal operations as quickly as possible.

Consequently, SRB/SID processing nationwide is temporarily suspended starting from 14 August 2026 until further notice.

Affected applicants are advised to wait for further announcements on the resumption of normal operations.

The Department of Migrant Workers (DMW) has introduced a new Standard Employment Contract for Filipino seafarers, effective July 18, 2026, replacing the previous POEA Contract.
