Hi! ACTC is looking to hire a Tour Operations Assistant.

Job Description:
* Communicating with accommodations and booking agents.
* Assisting coordinators in sorting out any logistical issues.
* Assisting in the preparation of tour reports
* Traveling with coordinators, making sure all travel supplies and needs are complete and in order.

Qualifications:
* BS Tourism, BS Psychology, or BS Management graduate.
* At least 24 years old, female and preferably single
* 2 years experience in the tourism industry or related fields.
* Willing to travel for periods of time with a tour group.
* Must:
* Be organized
* Have customer service skills
* Have written and verbal communication skills
* Have attention to detail capability
* Have active listening skills
