💖 In case of rescheduling, participants who are unable to join the new date may be eligible for a refund, subject to the organizer’s applicable terms.
💖 Last-minute cancellation/backout within 3 days before departure will be charged the full event fee, as the reserved slot is considered sold.
💖 Event fees are non-refundable for cancellations made within 3 days before departure, subject to the organizer’s terms.
