Sometimes, it takes just one photo to remind us of the beauty we have right at home. Recently, Asturiasnon Niel Flores shared photos on Instagram from his visit to Tagbubunga Falls, and they quickly caught the attention of fellow Asturiasnons.

Also known as the "Green Lagoon" because of its vibrant emerald pool, Tagbubunga Falls is believed to be the tallest waterfall in Asturias. Tucked away in Barangay Tagbubunga, it’s the kind of place that doesn’t just refresh your body but also your soul.

Getting there isn’t hard, but it does take a little adventure. Just a habal-habal ride and a bit of a hike. But once you're there, it’s all worth it.

So if you're looking for your next escape, maybe somewhere quiet, beautiful, and real, you don’t have to go far. Tagbubunga might just be waiting for you.

𝘼𝙩𝙩𝙚𝙣𝙩𝙞𝙤𝙣 𝘼𝙡𝙡 𝙎𝙩𝙖𝙠𝙚𝙝𝙤𝙡𝙙𝙚𝙧𝙨

The Department of Tourism (DOT) will conduct a mobile accreditation caravan for all tour guides, hotels, resorts, and apartment hotels in Asturias on April 10-11, 2025, from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM. This is in preparation for the upcoming Dive 7 Festival. Attendance is mandatory.

The caravan will be held at Session Hall, 3rd Flr SB Office Hall, Asturias Municipal Building. This event aims to ensure all tourism-related businesses in Asturias meet DOT standards and are ready to welcome visitors during the Dive 7 Festival. Participants will receive important updates and guidance on DOT accreditation processes and requirements.
