An open letter to ALL TREES valued guests

We truly appreciate all of you who have stayed with us and those who are considering booking a staycation here at Trees Residences. Lately, we've been receiving a lot of inquiries about daycations, early check-ins, and flexible check-in/check-out times—and we’d love to address them in the best way possible.

A few things to keep in mind about flexible check-in & daycation requests:

Like hotels and other accommodations, we follow a standard check-in time of 2PM and check-out at 12NN the next day. These hours allow us enough time to thoroughly clean and prepare the unit for the next guest.

We understand that some guests prefer to check in early—whether in the morning or midday—but doing so means we often have to block TWO full days of bookings to accommodate these requests. This also means that we miss out on reservations for those days.

Why we can’t offer lower rates for shorter stays?

Some guests request a few hours of stay at a lower rate, but just like hotels, the cost of preparing the space remains the same whether a guest stays for 6 hours or the full 22-hour duration.

Every stay still requires:
✔️ A thorough cleaning and sanitation process
✔️ Fresh bed linens, towels, and toiletries
✔️ Full access to amenities such as entertainment systems, high-speed WiFi, and more
✔️ Coverage of electricity, water, and operational expenses

This is why hotels, even high-end ones, do not offer discounts for shorter stays—because the cost of maintaining and preparing the space remains unchanged.

A fair solution: maximize your stay!

Instead of a daycation at a reduced rate, why not enjoy the full 22-hour stay at the same price? That way, you get the most out of your booking—no rushing, no stress, just pure relaxation and enjoyment!

We stayed here for a month sa Silid Ysabel , super nagenjoy kami. I would recommend this place lalo na sa naghahanap ng mabilis na internet. Everything is new and super good quality from beddings, mattress, pillows and etc..
Every week rin nagpapalit ng mga rugs and sheets.
Napakaresponsive and bait pa ng owner ng unit.
We will definitely stay here again. 💓
