Taal Volcano eruption
As of 9:45 am, January 13, 2020

In the interest of safety, Cebu Pacific is conducting thorough maintenance checks on all aircraft before we resume operations, following the ash fall over the Ninoy Aquino International Airport (NAIA).

For passengers on flights that are still scheduled to fly today to and from Manila (NAIA), they may opt to forego travelling today, free of charge. They may manage their booking anytime before their flight is scheduled to depart through the Cebu Pacific website, bit.ly/CEBmanageflight, with the following options:
•Rebook flights within 30 days without penalties
•Refund tickets in full
•Store the value of the ticket in a Travel Fund for future use.

For guests who are having difficulty managing their bookings online, please message us via Facebook or Twitter, or through our website for assistance.

[TRAVEL ADVISORY] Guests whose flights have been cancelled due to the eruption of Taal Volcano have the following recovery options and can message us with the keywords “Cancelled Flights Due to Taal Volcano Eruption in Philippines” to choose:

a. Move flight: One-time flight change to a new travel date on the same route within 30 calendar days from the original flight time without additional cost, subject to seat availability; OR

b. Credit account: Retain the value of your fare in your AirAsia BIG Loyalty account for future travel with AirAsia. The online credit account is to be redeemed for booking within 90 calendar days from the issuance date for your travel with us. The actual travel dates can be after the expiry date as long as our flight schedule is out; OR

c. Full Refund: Obtain a full refund in the amount equivalent to your booking in the form of original payment. Refund requests can be made with AVA at support.airasia.com. Refunds for bookings made through travel agents including online travel agents must be done via travel agents from which the booking was made.
