The Space
The villa has a total area of about 500sqm and is good for 16pax. It is fully furnished, equipped with a full kitchen and a chiller, indoor and outdoor dining area, living room area and free parking within the premise of up to 5 cars. Where you will Sleep:

- 50% downpayment (cancellation within 10 days before actual booking will be refundable)
- 50% full payment upon check-in

IMPORTANT: A security deposit of Php2,000 will be required upon check-in, this is fully refundable upon check-out if no damages to the property is made
Upon entry, the caretaker will welcome you at the front gate and will guide you to the villa. The additional fee will be paid to the caretaker if there are any additional guests. The contact number of the caretaker will be provided to you before checking in, should you run into any problems with the villa, please contact the caretaker for assistance

House Rules:
- No smoking inside the house/rooms, we have designated smoking areas, please smoke without littering
- Must use outdoor shower before going/dipping into the pool
- Likewise, please don't go inside the house with wet slippers or shoes
- Please dispose garbage properly, we have garbage bins within the villa
- Kitchen and Dining Areas are Clean As You Go
- Kindly turn off AC when not in use
- Authorized guest are the only allowed in the villa
- Anyone who is not on the list of authorized guest are not allowed in villa
- Any damages on the villa, which includes furniture & appliances are guests responsibility.
- Any replacement or repair will be charged to the guests. DISCLAIMER:
We are not liable in any item loss damage and accidents. Please take care of your belongings and lock the doors/rooms when going out to the villa in order for your belongings to be safe. Additionally, please take extra care of your children and elderly, most especially during activities that may endanger them (swimming, running beside the pool, and jumping/diving into the pool)
Water and/or electricity outages are beyond our control and therefore not held responsible for any disruptions. Incase there are any, we will coordinate properly and update the guests accordingly.
