Answer:
1. Yes, If you are booking with the same route
2. No, when your flight was rerouted.

• Direct flight to Connecting flight & Connecting Flight to Direct Flight
• Original Destination to New Destination

PROMO
Can the promo from the Airlines can be applied in our system? (Unli Rebooking, Piso Fare, Unli Additional Baggage)

Answer:
1. No, since it is a part of protecting their brand. We, one of their travel partners, is promoting different airline brands which is the reason that we are not given full access to their promos. We can avail those if the ticket was booked through their website.

SERVICE CHARGE
Where does the service charge go?
1. It goes to our supplier. If you want to avoid service charge for
rebooking (Domestic-applicable for Cebu Pac Only) and additional baggage you may freely do it on the website.
However, when you processed it through the website and have encountered a problem or have changed plans (Refund, Reroute, Rebook). We don’t have control over it anymore. Meaning you need to process it by coordinating with the designated Airline directly.
