Inaanyayahan ang lahat na makiisa at saksihan ang Sining at Kultura 2026: A Cultural Show for Heritage Preservation and Youth Engagement in the Municipality of Sto. Niño - isang makulay na pagtatanghal na nagtatampok sa sining, kultura, at talento ng kabataan.

Ang programang ito ay hindi lamang selebrasyon ng sining kundi isang hakbang sa pagpapaigting ng youth engagement, kung saan binibigyang entablado ang husay, pagkamalikhain, at potensyal ng kabataang Sto. Niñohanon bilang tagapagtaguyod ng ating kultura at tradisyon.
