The final day of the 7-day Community Tour Guiding Training Workshop featured the session on Filipino Brand of Service Excellence (FBSE) facilitated by Armin H. Hautea, Assistant Regional Director of the Department of Tourism Region XII.
The activity was participated by tourism stakeholders and aspiring community guides, highlighting the importance of professionalism, quality service, and Filipino hospitality in the tourism industry.
The program also included the Graduation Ceremony of the community tour guide participants of Tampakan in recognition of their successful completion of the 7-day training workshop.
Moreover, the Oath-Taking Ceremony of the newly elected officers of the TAMFAKEN Tour Guide Association was formally administered by Armin H. Hautea.
During the program, Minihaha D. Escobillo, Municipal Administrator, delivered an inspirational message expressing appreciation to the participants and stakeholders, as well as gratitude for the continued partnership and support of the Department of Tourism Region XII in strengthening community-based tourism initiatives in the municipality.
This training was conducted in partnership with the Department of Tourism Region XII, in coordination with the Local Government Unit of Tampakan through the Municipal Tourism Office, in support of strengthening community-based tourism and developing competent and service-oriented local tour guides.
