Cebu Pacific Advisory

Cebu Pacific and Cebgo will be adjusting the schedule of its flights in line with the daily closure of the Mactan Cebu International Airport runway from 1:30am to 6:30am from September 1 to 21, 2018. The closure of the runway is necessary to allow for the extremely important runway rehabilitation spearheaded by the Civil Aviation Authority of the Philippines and the Mactan Cebu International Airport Authority.

Cebu Pacific and Cebgo passengers were already notified and may manage their affected flights via the “Manage Booking” section in the Cebu Pacific website, www.cebupacificair.com.

Passengers have the option to:
• Apply for full refund;
• Place the full value of the ticket in a travel fund for future use;
• Rebook the flight within 30 days from original departure date, subject to seat availability;
• Reroute their flights to alternate stations within 30 days from original departure date, subject to seat availability.
