— there has been a major update for Indian citizens visiting the Philippines.

Starting June 8, 2025, many Indian nationals can now enter the Philippines visa-free for short stays.

👉Here’s the latest simplified guide:
1. Indians can now enter visa-free for 14 days.

Indian passport holders can visit the Philippines without applying for a visa for:
✓Tourism
✓Short business visits

🧳Maximum stay:
14 days only
Non-extendible
Non-convertible

✅Requirements upon arrival:
Passport valid for at least 6 months
Return or onward ticket
Hotel booking/accommodation proof
Proof of financial capacity/funds
No negative immigration record in the

2. Some Indians can stay visa-free for 30 days
If the Indian traveler already has a valid visa or residence permit from any of these countries:
USA
UK
Canada
Australia
Japan
Singapore
Schengen countries
(also called AJACSSUK countries)

Then they can enter the Philippines visa-free for 30 days.

👍Needed:
Valid Indian passport
Valid AJACSSUK visa/residence permit
Return/onward ticket

3. When is a visa still required?
Indians still need a Philippine visa if they are:
Studying
Working
Staying long-term
Doing non-tourism activities

Staying beyond the allowed visa-free period
Entering for immigration or employment purposes

4. Important things travelers should do before flying
Fill out eTravel registration
Before arriving in the Philippines, travelers should register at: etravel.gov.ph

Usually done within 72 hours before flight.
Prepare printed or digital copies of:
Passport
Return ticket
Hotel booking
Bank statement or proof of funds
AJACSSUK visa (if using 30-day privilege)

5. Good news for tourism and business

This update was made mainly to encourage more Indian tourists and business travelers to visit the Philippines, especially destinations like:
