📍MEDICAL CERTIFICATE
Question: Paano po ba kumuha ng medical certificate at saan makukuha?
Answer: Pumunta kayo sa barangay hall ninyo at bibigyan kayo ng Barangay Certificate para endorsement sa City Health Office for medical examination.
‼️Disclaimer: DAPAT VALIDITY NG MEDICAL CERTIFICATE IS (3DAYS before the flight).
Worst case scenario kapag EXPIRED medical certificate ninyo hindi kayo papasakayin ng airline. Masasayang lang ticket ninyo so always make sure na valid pa medical certificate ninyo.
📍TRAVEL AUTHORITY
Question: Saan po ba makukuha
Answer: Makukuha po siya sa pinaka malapit na police station ninyo. Please bring your itinerary ticket and Goverment valid ID.
📍ACCEPTANCE LETTER/NOTICE OF COORDINATION
Question: Saan po ba kukunin sir?
Answer: Kung saan yung destination ninyo doon kayo kukuha Acceptance Letter/Notice of Coordination.
Question: Paano ang pagkuha sir?
Answer: Coordinate kayo sa relatives ninyo sa uuwian ninyo na barangay, makisuyo kayo na kuhanan kayo ng Acceptance Letter/Notice of Coordination. Picturan mo yung confirmed ticket nyo at valid ID para mapaikita nila doon na ikaw ay resident at ikaw ay uuwi ng probinsya, then pa-picturan sa kanila ang nakuhang Letter of Acceptance at i-send sa messenger ninyo para may copy kayo.
