Sa gitna ng katahimikan ng Bukidnon,
Sa pagitan ng ulap at mga bundok,
lumuhod ako hindi upang humiling ng mundo,
kundi upang ialay ang akin.

Sa lamig ng hangin at init ng damdamin, tinanong ko siya,
Pwede bang ikaw na ang aking tahanan?

At sa kanyang ngiti, tumigil ang oras…
dahil ang “oo” niya ang simula ng habangbuhay.
