"SENGE CHHUU" (Balti language word) SENGE means Lion and Chhu means waters meaning lions of the rivers. The 3rd longest river of Asia known as Indus river having the oldest histories of civilizations.. This mighty lion has its own signicance and importance in the world. While at this point it is at almost 6500ft above sea level and this point is considered to be the North most part of Indus river. This is situated almost 25kms from Juglot near Gilgit.
