گزشتہ چند دنوں سے پاکستان کے سوشل میڈیا پر وزیرستان کی ایک معصوم مگر باہمت بچی آئینہ وزیر کا نام غیر معمولی توجہ حاصل کر رہا ہے۔ یہ وہ کمسن بیٹی ہے جس کے والد کو کچھ عرصہ قبل دہشتگردی کے ایک افسوسناک واقعے میں شہید کر دیا گیا۔ باپ کے سائے سے محروم ہونے کے باوجود اس بچی نے خود کو مایوسی کے اندھیروں کے حوالے نہیں کیا بلکہ حوصلے اور عزم کے ساتھ اپنے خوابوں کا دامن تھام رکھا ہے۔ اس کی وائرل ویڈیو نے نہ صرف لوگوں کو متاثر کیا بلکہ وزیرستان کے ایک نئے اور مثبت چہرے کو بھی دنیا کے سامنے پیش کیا ہے۔

آئینہ وزیر کی کرکٹ کھیلتے ہوئے ویڈیو میں اس کا اعتماد، شاٹس کا انتخاب، اور کھیل سے لگاؤ واضح طور پر دکھائی دیتا ہے۔ کم عمری کے باوجود اس کے اندر ایک پیشہ ور کھلاڑی جیسا فوکس اور سیکھنے کی لگن نظر آتی ہے۔ وہ تعلیم حاصل کرنا چاہتی ہے، آگے بڑھنا چاہتی ہے، اور کرکٹ کے میدان میں اپنی شناخت بنانا چاہتی ہے۔ ایک ایسے خطے سے جہاں برسوں تک بدامنی، خوف اور محرومی کی کہانیاں سنائی جاتی رہیں، وہاں سے ایک بچی کا اس انداز میں اپنے خوابوں کا اعلان کرنا دراصل ایک سماجی تبدیلی کی علامت ہے۔

مگر افسوس کہ جیسے ہی یہ ویڈیو عوام تک پہنچی، کچھ حلقوں کی جانب سے تنقید کا ایک سلسلہ شروع ہو گیا۔ خود کو دین، روایت اور غیرت کا نمائندہ سمجھنے والے چند افراد نے مستقبل کے اندیشوں کو بنیاد بنا کر اس کمسن بچی کے شوق اور صلاحیت پر سوال اٹھانے شروع کر دیے۔ پندرہ بیس سال بعد کے مفروضوں کو سامنے رکھ کر اس کے آج کے خواب کو روکنے کی بات کی گئی۔ یہ طرزِ فکر نہ صرف غیر منطقی ہے بلکہ ایک ابھرتی ہوئی صلاحیت کی حوصلہ شکنی بھی ہے۔ کسی بھی معاشرے کی ترقی اس بات سے جڑی ہوتی ہے کہ وہ اپنے بچوں — خصوصاً بچیوں — کو آگے بڑھنے کے کتنے مواقع فراہم کرتا ہے۔

ان تمام بحثوں کے دوران ایک اہم پہلو نظر انداز ہو رہا ہے۔ کیا کسی نے سنجیدگی سے یہ سوچا کہ اس بچی کی والدہ کس ہمت اور استقامت کے ساتھ اپنے یتیم بچوں کی پرورش کر رہی ہوں گی؟ گھر کے مالی معاملات، تعلیم کے اخراجات، روزمرہ ضروریات اور سماجی دباؤ — یہ سب ذمہ داریاں کس مضبوطی سے نبھائی جا رہی ہوں گی؟ ایسے خاندانوں کو تنقید کا نشانہ بنانے کے بجائے معاشرتی، تعلیمی اور اخلاقی حمایت کی ضرورت ہوتی ہے۔ ایک ذمہ دار معاشرہ وہی ہے جو مشکلات کا شکار خاندانوں کا سہارا بنتا ہے، نہ کہ ان کے خوابوں کو متنازع بنا دیتا ہے۔

یہ بھی ایک حقیقت ہے کہ ہمارے ہاں اکثر دوہرا معیار دیکھنے میں آتا ہے۔ جب بات عمومی طور پر خواتین کی تعلیم اور آزادی کی ہو تو بلند و بانگ دعوے کیے جاتے ہیں، مگر جیسے ہی معاملہ قبائلی یا پسماندہ علاقوں کی بچیوں کا آتا ہے تو روایات اور غیرت کے نام پر قدغنیں لگانے کی کوشش کی جاتی ہے۔ آئینہ وزیر کا معاملہ دراصل اسی ذہنی تضاد کو بے نقاب کر رہا ہے۔

درحقیقت یہ ننھی کھلاڑی صرف کرکٹ نہیں کھیل رہی، بلکہ وہ ایک بیانیہ بدل رہی ہے۔ اس کے ہاتھ میں پکڑا ہوا بیٹ امید کی علامت ہے — ایک ایسے مستقبل کی امید جہاں وزیرستان اور ملک کے دیگر محروم علاقوں کی بچیاں بھی بلا خوف و خطر تعلیم، کھیل اور دیگر شعبوں میں آگے بڑھ سکیں۔

آئینہ وزیر کسی ایک خاندان یا ایک علاقے کی نمائندہ نہیں رہی؛ وہ اب ان تمام بچیوں کی آواز بن چکی ہے جو خواب دیکھتی ہیں مگر سماجی دباؤ کے باعث خاموش رہتی ہیں۔ اگر ہم واقعی ایک متوازن، باشعور اور ترقی یافتہ پاکستان کا خواب دیکھتے ہیں تو ہمیں اپنی بیٹیوں کے حوصلے کو کمزور کرنے کے بجائے مضبوط کرنا ہوگا۔ کیونکہ جب ایک بچی میدان میں ڈٹ کر کھڑی ہوتی ہے تو دراصل پورا معاشرہ ایک قدم آگے بڑھتا ہے۔
