MY Association Naukot
"1st General Ijlas-2020"
MY Association, Naukot has carried out "1st General Ijlas-2020", regarding the progressive report of last movements and planning for next 3 years work. It was held at Harijan Colony, Ward No. 09, Naukot, on dated: 25th May, 2020.
The Ijlas was chaired by Mr. Lajpat Rai Menghwar (Chairman) between all BOD and General Body Members, included: Mr. Roshan Kumar (Vice Chairman), Mr. Daven (General Secretary), Mr. Parkash Kumar (Joint Secretary), Mr. Bharat Lal (Finance Secretary), Mr. Sachal (Media Secretary), Mr. Dolat Ram (Office Secretary), Mr. Vinod Kumar, Mr. Vijesh Kumar, Mr. Lekhraj, Mr. Roshan Kumar, Mr. Suresh Kumar, Mr. Ashok Kumar, Mr. Bheesham Kumar, Mr. Sardas Das, Mr. Danish Kumar, Mr. Haresh Kumar, Mr. Ashok Valasai and Mr. Santosh Kumar.
First of all the Cabinet have submit all membership forms after proofread and then all appointments letters have been distributed between BOD Members, Staff Officers and temporary Focal Person by the Chairman. After then worked on the Ijlas Ajendas, which are as under.

1) 1st BOD Act-2020 Passed

4) 1st Budget for next 3 Years (2020-21 to 2022-23)
5) Establishment of MYA Policy for all members and work activity.
6) One Staff (IT Officer) Post Created.
7) Monthly Payment Payment plan during COVID-19.
8) Special Ajendas for the General Ijlas.
9) 2nd Election Plan
As this process Mr. Lajpat Rai Menghwar (Chairman) gave positively remarks to all team members regarding past 3 years activities during foundation period.
The Ijlas was continuously 4 hours in work and was celebrated successfully in peace.
Note: The decisions of the Ajandas will be share in next step.
