BOOKING & RESERVATIONS
•Seat will only be booked once advance 50% payment is made.
•Separate Room (twin sharing): Rs.5,000/- per head additional.
•There will be no reservation or booking without advance payment. Reservations shall be granted first come, get first basis.
•Organizer have all rights to cancel or reschedule the tour before departure. On cancellation 100% paid amount shall be refunded
•No amount will be refunded if any persons leaves the trip at any stage due to any reason.
•Seat Arrangement Policy:
Seats will be allotted before departure by tour management for your convenience and will shuffle during the tour.
TERMS & CONDITIONS
•Day schedule/ itineraries can be disturbed during the tour due to numerous reasons & conditions which are not in control of organizer.
•We are not responsible for personal injuries and accidents.
•We are not responsible for loss of any kind of valuable item.
•Each member must respect the authority of the organizer and follow the guidelines.
•Each member must behave with other member with respect, dignity and honor. Use of violent / indecent behavior, verbal and physical abuse or any kind of assault, or any such act which violates the personal space of other members/or local people shall be strictly prohibited.
•Punctuality of the appointed date and time must be exercised by each member
•All members must take care of the environment. The garbage & disposables must be disposed of reasonably.
•During photography / video shooting Privacy of other members & the local people must be observed & be given respect.
CANCELLATION POLICY
•7 days before the departure, 50% deduction.
•3 days before the departure, 75% deduction.
•Less than 3 days before the departure, 100% deduction.
