• Every member must keep his/her CNIC.
• • Members should report 30 mins before departure time.
• Member must behave ethically with his/her fellow group members, otherwise, ICM travel n tours can cancel his/her trip at any time.
• • ICM travel n tours is not responsible for personal injuries and accidents.
• ICM travel and tours is not responsible for the loss of any kind of valuable item.
• • No refunds shall be made in case a member leaves the trip during the event.
Due to weather or any other uncontrollable factor Plan will automatically change. In case of any
turbulence, we may change the plan on the mutual consensus of the group.
Refund Policy
If for any reason, Raees tours and travelers cancels the event, client may request a refund of paid amount or request to
reschedule the event for another suitable day or time. If the event is delayed or cancelled due to force
majeure, ICM travel n tours shall reschedule the event after mutual consultation with the client. Client may
request a refund before raees tour's and travelers starts making arrangements for the event (which is usually 15 days
prior) however, after the club has started making the arrangements and paid its vendors, no refunds
shall be made. If event is cancelled from client's end, the following cancellation charges shall apply.
Cancellation Charges
Cancellation 15 Days Prior: 10% Cancellation Charges Apply
Cancellation 07 Days Prior: 30% Cancellation Charges Apply
Cancellation 03 Days Prior: 50% Cancellation Charges Apply
Cancellation 0Less than 03 Days Prior: 90% Cancellation Charges Apply
Refund payments will be made after 07 working days only of the total amount of package price.
