Subject: Fw: Quarantine Update =======================
New quarantine restrictions come into place in the UK from 8th June where all arriving passengers must complete a health declaration form and are then required to self isolate for 14 days.

Keeping in view we have flights ex Pakistan on 8th June, we have contacted UKBF and they have advised that the health declaration forms are available on line and pax must show same to UKBF upon reaching the immigration counters on arrival at MAN.

The forms are the responsibility of the pax and not the airline.

Forms are to be completed on www.gov.uk/provide-journey-contact-details-before-travel-uk
only less than 48 hours prior to arrival in UK.

If you're travelling to the UK from 8 June, you need to provide your details in case you or someone you've travelled with develops coronavirus symptoms.
