طریقہ کار؛
او پی ڈی میں علاج کے لیے ویلج کونسل زکوٰۃ چئیرمن سے ایک فارم ملے گا جس کو ویلج کونسل اور ضلعی زکوٰۃ کمیٹی چئیرمن سے دستخط کرنا ہوگا۔
اسی فارم پر تمام ادویات لوند خوڑ میڈیکوز سے مفت ملے گی۔
