- Lakes of Swat Valley -

According to some, there are thirty lakes in the Swat Valley and some claim that there are fifty-two lakes in Swat. As far as I know, there are more than 200 small and large lakes in Swat. Below are the lakes that are within human reach. Some lakes are beyond human reach. I did not mention them in this post.
It is noteworthy that most lakes are found in the Bahrain Valley according to the locals and our knowledge ,Here are the names of some lakes. If anyone knows the names of other lakes, they can also increase my knowledge.

1 - Godar Dand (It is located on a very high mountain in Kalam Valley)

2 - Mahudand (this is beyond Mittaltan)

3 - Saifullah Dand is also called Qandil Shahi Dand (it is on some distance from Mahudand).

4 - Neel Sar (This is on the track of Kachi Kani Pass beyond Mahudand)

5 - Green Lake (also on the Kachi Kani Pass track beyond Mahudand)

6 - Nelui Dand (It is located on the hill to the left beyond Mahudand)

7 - Jabba Dund (It is on the track of Dadrali Pass)

8 - Penalshe Dand (This is near the base camp near Dadrili)

9 - Dadrili Dand 1 and 2 (these are near the top of the Dadrili pass)

10 - 12 - The three lakes of Spingal Sir Dund (located on the hill opposite Jabba Banda before the top of Dadrili Pass)

13 - 14 - Two unnamed lakes are located in the mountains on the Abasin Mountains at an altitude of more than 15,000 feet.

15 - 18 - The four lakes of Zumolo Dand. Jabba Zumolo Dand and Jabba Dodiri Dand. I do not know the names of the other two lakes. (These lakes are located in the mountains above the Palugaha valley beyond Mittaltan)

19 - Andrab Dand or Koh Dand

20 - Mastuja Dand (It is located in Janshai sub-valley of Atroor)

21 - 23 - The three lakes of Negor Dund. (These lakes are located near Anakar Pass)

24 - Spin Khor Dand (It is in Atroor Valley)

25 - Kandol Lake (It is in Atroor Valley)

26 - 27 - Twin Lakes of Khapiro Dand or Pre Dund (It is in Atroor Valley)

28 - Loye Pandar Dand (It is located on the hill next to Khapiro Dand)

29 - Chambar Gahi Dand (It is located at the base camp of Jahaz Pass and Chambar Gahi Peak in Loye Pind Ghale Valley)

30 - 36 - Seven unnamed lakes (these are located near Loei Pind Ghale Pass)

37 - Kaga Dund (This is in the area of ​​the Daral Kuz Chamber, a sub-valley of Bahrain)

38 - Shot Sir Dund (It is located near Daral Khur in Daral Valley)

39 - Darwaza Dund (located in the Daral sub-valley of Bahrain)

40 - Daral Dund (It is located on a hill above Daral Khur in Daral Valley)

41 - Tod Dand (It is located near Daral Dund)

42 - Turkana Dand (It is approximately between Daral Dand and Syed Gayi Dand)

43 - 44 - There are two unnamed lakes near Turkana Dand

45 - Syed Gayi Dand (It is located in the area of ​​Dir near Shugosar above Daral Dand. Geographically it is located in the area of ​​Dir but due to its proximity to the border of Swat and Dir, the people of Swati also claim it.) That is why I have mentioned this lake in the lakes of Swat.

46 - Kangar Dand (This is in Matta area near Syed Gayi Dand)

47 - Zalim Kot Dand (this sub-valley of Bahrain is in the Daral Kiz Chamber Chamber)

48 - 49 - The twin lakes (these two twin lakes are in the Daral Kaz Chambar Valley, a sub-valley of Bahrain)
